个人简介

靠谱的十大网投实体平台党委书记,教授,博士生导师。文化和旅游部“十四五”科技专家组成员,中国通信学会移动媒体与文化计算专委会委员,中国电子学会有线专委会委员。主要研究领域为智能媒体通信、智能视频技术主持国家重点研发计划课题《云演艺沉浸式体验关键技术与系统研发》、子课题《藏文文献数字化无损采集装置研发与数据处理》等国家级科研项目,出版《广播电视网络规划与设计》、《宽带网络技术》教材2部,发表学术论文百余篇。
